This machine is used for grinding the raw materials and ended products, such as cement, building materials, chemicals, raw materials and phosphate fertilizer, and mixing ore like non ferrous metals and ferrous metals before ore-dressing for mining plant.
Working principle of ball mill
There are two chambers and grid in the ball mill. Materials are put into the first chamber from feeding inlet. The shell rotates to general electricity, and this force brings the ball to a certain height and then ball drop down by gravity. The impact is the grinding force to the material. After primary grinding, materials are put into the second chamber through segregate screen. In the second chamber , there are flat liners and steel ball. After secondary grinding ,material is discharged from the outlet port. Then the whole grinding process ends.
Ball mill structure:
The machine is composed by feeding part, discharging part, rotation part and driving part (gear box, girth gear, pinion gear, electric motor and electric control).
