Industrial Autoclave for brick making

Mulitfunction industrial autoclave can be applied for sterilization of different kinds of construction materials like concrete block, concrete pipe pile, lime-sand brick, fly ash brick, microporous calcium silicate board, the new light wall insulation materials, asbestos board, high-strength gypsum and so on.

Characterisics:

1.Durable:Autoclave kettle is made of complete piece 16MnR steel sheet through suppression and flanges of body and kettle through forging.Parts that bear pressure are treated with heating and go through nondestructive testing.

2.Easy operation:Autoclave door adopts quick open structure in two ways: top open structure with lever mechanism and side open structure with rotating arm mechanism.The top open structure is couple with counterweight device. Based on requirement of user autoclave door can be designed with electric, pneumatic and hydraulic opening.

3.Tight sealing:Seals of imported rubber are applied for sealing of autoclave and motor is used for tightening sealing.

4.Safe:Autoclave is equiped with interlock protection device, which avoid wrong operation and ensure safety of equipment and operators.
