Induction heater mainly be used to heat integral body of metal materials before being forged extruded,

hot-mil-led or cut. lt can also be applied in heat treatmeat for integral bodies of metal materials,

such as hardening , tempering, annealing, tempring and etc.

+Heating speed is higher and oxidativede-carbonizat-ion volume is less:

Since heating principle of IF inductive heating is electromagnetic induction and its heat is created by itself,

its temperature rising speed is higher; its oxidative volume is less but heating efficiency is higher.

Moreover,its repeatability of technology is more perfect.

+Lts heating is homogeneous and temperature control precision is high:

Lts heating is so homogeneous that heating temperature difference is smaller between surface surface and

kernel of the materials. Precision control can be lmplemented for temperature through its temperature control system

+Protection functions the device are well provided
The whole device is equipped with all kinds of protection functions, such as water temperature , water pressure,

overcurrent, overvoltage, phaseloss and atc. Lt is alsobe designed with temperature limit alarm devices, so that

the device can be reliably protected in case of errors and its elements cannot be damaged.
+Lt features in low energy consumption and no pollution:
Lts heating efficiency is so high that, compared with other heating methods, energy consumption can be lowered effectively.

The device is in accordance with requirements of environment protection and no pollution . in forging industry , its energy

consumption is lower than 390kwh/t when being heated up to 1250°C.

Equipment Composition and Configuration Selection Mode:

Diathermy equipment is ordinarily made up of lF power supply, thermoelectric capacitors, induction heating furnace body,starting or electric material moving device and etc.

Fullautomatic equipment also includes automatic feeding sorting device, orizontallyfeeding or chainfeeding device,

pressureroller feeding device and automatic temperature control system.
