Power Supply Series

1. Parallel inverting power supply:
   1. Control circuit of vary frequency power supply introduces, digests and absorbs advanced control circuit both home and abroad. The inverter trigger circuit of the system adopts automatic frequency sweep startup technology, which ensures successful full power startup of medium-frequency; rectification control circuit adopts large scale rectification phase-shift trigger circuit with strong anti-interference, good linearity, simple debugging, stable operation; good current limiting and voltage limiting performance can avoid frequent over-voltage and over-current problems caused by load change.
   2. Overall protection function load short-circuit, open circuit, low frequency, water shortage, over current, over voltage, phase stagger, phase loss etc.) ensure automatic safe stop of equipment when various failures happen.
   3. Medium-frequency melting adopts fast melting method to shorten melting time, improve unit output, reduce electricity consumption and ignition loss of precious elements. 1T, 2T, 3T, 5T electric furnaces produced by our factory can ensure to melt one furnace in one hour; furnace under 1T can melt one furnace in 20 to 50 minutes, saving 10~20% of electricity per ton compared with traditional domestic medium-frequency furnace.
   4. High-power frequency conversion power supply adopts 12 and 24 pulse rectification to improve base of net current, enhance power and reduce interference to the grid.
2. Double power supply (known as One-to-Two)

Within rated power, two sets of control of this device can flexibly dispatch power to the two furnaces at any way: one melting electric furnace, the other furnace for heat-insulation and casting. Besides, the two furnaces can be used alternatively.

Double power supply has the following advantages:

1. Continuous batch production capacity of two sets of power supply.
2. Suitable for concurrent casting of large pieces, reduce unit electricity consumption, enhance power factor, optimize production process.
3. Non-stop melting, rise or keep temperature if needed, less investment, maximum effective utility rate of equipment
4. Preheating and sinter of two sets of furnace can be carried out simultaneously, improving productivity.
5. Small land occupation, convenient installation and maintenance.
6. When one power supply or furnace fails, the other power supply or furnace can be replaced in emergency.
