Introduction of magnet drum magnetic separator:

(1) This is a wet low intensity magnetic separator with higher magnetic field and at present it is the most efficient magnetic separator in separation of strong magnetic minerals.

(2) The magnetic separator may be equipped with semi-counter-flow, counter-flow and downstream tanks, and equipped with double-drum or three drums according to requirements of customers.

(3) Magnetic induction intensity (150mT~400mT) may be designed according to requirements of in-situ mineral property and process.

The magnetic separator Usage:

This separator is mainly used in following occasions:

1. used for primary rough concentration. It may reject qualified tailings, increase recovery and reduce load of second-stage grinding;
2. used for cleaning concentration. It may increase concentrate grade and recovery;
3. used prior to high intensity magnetic separation operation. It may remove iron magnetic mineral and prevent block of magnetic materials;
4. used for recovery of heavy metal in a concentrating plant.

100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller guarantee quality of the machines for a period of one year from the date of trial run finish, but not to exceed thirteen months from date on which machines away to the delivery port. If any parts (excluding easily damaging parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, the seller should replace free-of-cost. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis
