This machine has been conceived to produce lateral incisions on the ceramic pieces in a manual production system, in order to drive staples for ventilated façades installation.

This is a cheap way to increase the value of the big tiles imporvingchanging them in a new high demanded product.

This is the second version of this manual machine. We have improved it with more precision slotting and a easier way to manage it.

Its main frame is competely made with stainless steel that provides a high endurance to work. It has a piece holder carriage for an easy and comfortable work in order to make the incisions on the precise area of the piece.
Electrical control panel with security devices for the start up of the machine it has also a water deposit with circuit repiping control to cool the cutting disk
