This ice cream filling machine is specially designed for filling ice creams like cones and cups, single and dual

colored fancy novelties of ice cream such as topped novelties and spiral novelties. Its multiple functions include

automatically dispersing containers, lid-pressing for cones (paper lid and plastic lid), heat-sealing paper lid for paper cups and printing the manufacturing date.

Function

Distributing cups automatically—first filling—second spiral filling—chocolate/jam dip—nutmeat dip—put lid—pressing sealing paper lid for egg roll / press paper lid for paper container—Date print—finished product.

The machine uses a converter to control both the filling speed and the speed of the filling spout. And driven by a

high-precision cam dividing head, its worktable may make a spiral motion intermittently, by which the machine may

achieve smooth operation and accurate position. And the machine uses the imported PLC for the control syustem,

ensuring its stable and reliable performance, while it uses the imported man-machine interface touch screen for operation, by which its actuators may be adjusted conveniently and easily.

The indication for the automatic fail-check is easy and visual.
