This machine has been conceived to produce lateral incisions on the ceramic tiles in an automatic and continuous way. The incisions are made in order to fix them with staples over a frame installed in outdoor walls.

It can be provided with 4 or 6 high revolution speed engines (up to 8000 rmp) to make slots quickly with small diameter diamond disks.

Every opposite side has 2 or 3 engines depending the chosen model. You can enable or disable the engines depending your production requirements. If you have purchased a 6 engine machine, you can change it to 4 engines simply disabling the middle ones.

The advance system through the machine is controlled electronically you can also control width by motorized adjustement

Slotting can be fully controlled in horizontal position, vertical position and depth as well. It also has a complete electrical panel with display for data adjustments and storage.

It has a lateral panel control, pneumatic and hydraulic installation and CE norms security devices.
