HZSY50 mobile concrete mixing plant

is composed by weighing system, mixing system, electrical control system, pneumatic control system, moving system and etc. Rated output of this Mobile Concrete Mixing State is 60m3/h. It can mix various kinds of concrete and suitable for medium size construction sites, power stations, irrigations, highways, airfields, bridges, and moving construction project.

Such Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant can store 4 different aggregates. It uses loader loading. It can be equipped by 2 silos and corresponding screw conveyor. Aggregates, additives, water, and cement are all used electronic weighing. Adopts double shafts mixer as main machine.

The electric system is equipped with industrial computer, printer and etc. It could be controlled and managed centrally. It has the functions of displaying, information storage, automatic printing, drop automatic correction and alarm. It has two different operation modes of manuallay / automatically which through switch. In addition, the cement silo and screw conveyor are also available upon buyers’requests.

HZSY type mobile concrete mixing plant uses module design. It can be transported by containers. The plant include axles, so the tractor can pull the whole plant to every construction sites .
