Concrete Batching Plant

1. Aggregate Batcher: 4 hoppers(two for stone, one for sand and one for sand or fine stone), the aggregate can be weighed accumulatively or separately.

2. Belt Conveyor: Groovy belt, Chevron belt or Flat belt.

3. Mixer: It all uses twin-shafts compulsory mixer. It can mix evenly and fast, the ability is strong.

The output of the mixer may be 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 3 / 4m³.

4. Control System: The system is with PLC+IPC, auto operation.

5. Environment: It equipped with the dust collector to absord most of the dust and return to the mixer.
