5. Twin-spiral concrete mixer

1) Description:

Double-horizontal shaft and twin-spiral mixing plant can meet different mixture ratios depends on its excellent and efficient mixing performance.

JS1000D, JS1500D, JS2000D, JS3000D, JS4000D and various models are available, single host can be configured to a set of 50~240m3/h concrete mixing plant.

They are suitable for concrete mixing of road, bridge, airport, city construction and other ready-mixed concrete.

2) Excellent workability:

To common concrete, twin-spiral mixer only needs 20 seconds to achieve equal mixing; to high performance concrete, it only needs 40 seconds to achieve equal mixing.

Twin-spiral mixer enjoys high speed mixing capacity of high strength and high flowing concrete.
