HZG Rotary dryer is the most suitable drying processor for cake and granules products in large scale

Operation principle

This rotating cylinder dryer is a direct heating drying processor. The wet material will be fed at one end of the cylinder with the helpof screw feeder. The declining cylinder with paddles in it will rotate slowly and move the wet material forward to the other end of the cylinder. Meanwhile, the hot air (120-600 degree C) will be blown into the cylinder in the contrary or same direction with the wet material. The wet material will be dried during the heat transfer. The exhaust gas from the cylinder will be treated by cyclone and scrubber which will reduce the dust content to 50 mg/M³.

1. The feeding end is equipped with screw guide plates and scraper which can make sure the feed is table and smooth.
2. The special designed screw paddles at the feeding end and fixed bevel paddles can well disintegrate and stir up the material to enhance the heat transfer coefficient.
3. Huge drying process capacity and easy loading and discharging. The special designed belt conveyer and screw discharger are equipped.
4. Supporting wheel and positioning wheel are automatically adjustable to make sure the contact between the rotating cylinder and supporting wheels are line contact. This design can reduce the abrasion and extend the lifespan of the gear box.
5. The rotating speed of the cylinder is adjustable which can make this dryer suitable for different wet material.
