Technical Characteristics
a) Apply high-efficient precious metallic catalyst; de-oxygen effect can reach level not higher than 0.5PPM by heating to 100°C, which can also reach level not higher than 5PPM at normal temperature.
b) Apply high-quality absorber, providing large filling factor and high absorption capacity speed; the water content of product hydrogen can reach dew point above -70°C.
c) Filtered with high-efficient sintered nickel tube, providing efficiency up to 99.9999% and molecular granularity with dust removed not higher than 0.3u.4. purification work load is adjustable 50%,process unit can excess 15% work load over design scheme.
d) Purification operating pressure can be adjusted by 50%, and the capacity can exceed 15% of design value
e) The consumption of resurgent gas is 15% of capacity. The resurgent gas can be recovered with special-purpose hydrogen tail-gas recovery apparatus or with three-tower mode.
f) Apply the world advanced control mode, provided with perfect failure alarm and analysis treatment system, reaching automatic operation level.
