Wood pellet mill/wood pellet plant/pellet press machine

1)Wood pellet mill is an high automation and high tech equipment,with utomatic grease -supply device,which can save a lot maintenance 24hs continuous continuous woking time. 2)Ring die pellet mill has double layer stainless steel alloy mold ,which can make sure the mold has a long life time up to 2000t,one layer is worn out,turn over it and use the other layer . 3)Wood pellet mill equipment dust collector ,make sure the dust during pellet forming can be removed. 4)Screw conveyor up the forming chamber of pelletizer machine help to feed the material uniformly. 5)Mold flat location and fixed there,gear to rotation,forming pellet by pressure of gear and mold.

Material include

1)Material can be wood,bamboo,grass,straw,baggasse,sawdust,mud,animal manure. 2)Material to be crushed to under 6mm,moisture can be about 10%. in this situation you may need a special crusher according to different material,such as straw crusher,wood crusher ,or grass crusher,or wood chipper crusher,if moisture is large you can choose to install a dryer. 3)If your material is high oil content material such as palm shell,it should be crushed at udner 6mm size then mixed with sawdust or others.

Pellet features

1) Pellet density is among 0.9g/cm3-1.4g/cm3, Calorific value can be 3500-5500 kc. 2)Finished Pellet moisture under 8%, Specification can be 8-10mm diameter,if others should custom. 3)Pellet with high density and luster which looks beautiful.

Wood pellet production line

1.Crushing process:

Wood crusher which can crushed the raw material into sawdust shape ,under 6mm,which is suitable for the dryer and pellet machine.It can crush straw,stalk,tree branches,nutshell,wood shavings,wood waste board,leaves,palm fiber ,etc.

2.Dring process

Air flash wood dryer or drum wood dryer which can dry the material under the moisture of 8%,which is suitable for pellet forming.The dryer use hot air accompany with material and evaporated rapidly .

3.Ring die pellet mill :

Biomass pellet plant convert biomass material into pellet ,the length can be customed.

4.Cooling process

You can use a cooling fan or cool it by nature about half or one hour,or by cooler.

5.Packing and bagger:

After cooling the semi-automatic quantative packing machine can pack the pellet into bag with quantative weight.Semi-automatic,only need one or two person to operate ,one to put the bag,the other for move it on belt conveyor and sealing it by sealer .
