Application of roller crusher

Hraulid double roller crusher is pretty good for big iron ore and copper ore crushing plant. It can be used to process middle to high hardness material for ore dressing, chemical engineering, refractory material processing, stone aggregate and building material processing. More than 70% of roller crusher final product are less than 3mm.

Operation Principle of roller crusher

This hydraulic roller crusher crushes material via two turning-toward rollers. These two rollers turn toward and cause pressing, grinding and cutting force to the material passing through them. Each roller is driven by one motor. When material enters the crushing chamber, attracted by the biting force from the two rollers, it will be forced to enter the gap between the two rollers. Being compressed, grinded and cut by the rollers, the material will be broken into smaller size and exit downward in the direction of roller’s tangent.
