Hydraulic Splitter

The Hydraulic Rock Splitter works on the principle of wedge effect. The wedges of splitter are inserted in predrilled hole and out of the three wedges the center taper wedge is forced between the two counter wedges by hydraulic pressure forcing them apart. The pressure is transferred to the walls of the rock developing a crack and split further.

The main applications are as follows:

1. Marble, Granite & Sandstone

2.Demolition of concrete and reinforced concrete

3. Demolition of non-reinforced and lightly reinforced concrete

4. Demolition work in closed spaces and places that are of difficult access

5. Demolition work in extremely cramped spaces
