Six kinds of product innovation,

1) The electric cabinet

Get rid of the traditional pressure gauge , jinlun hot press machinery we use microcomputer ,manually /automatic controlled electric cabinet

1. increase the sensor device ,jinlun hot press machinery
2. when overpressure it will power off automatically
3. when the voltage is not stable it will power off automatically
4. when over time It will automatic power off too when the ac contactor to seize up, it will power off automatically and protect itself

2) In order to protect the cylinder and the hydraulic system, we have increase four support bases in the bottom beam .

3) In the crossbeam , we have change the slider into roller , can decrease the frictional force .

4) In order to make the hydraulic oil more clean, on one hand we have increase the sealing ring in the hydraulic system ,on the other hand we using the pipeline without welding .

5) In order to make the machine more standard , we punch the platen instead of using lifting lugs when install the hot platen onto the upper beam.

6) New electric cabinet in new pressure scope , from 300v -550v, increase the scope work .
