8.Structure Character
front support
Be equipped with the standard simple front support. It also can be supplied with more or special front support as customers’ special requirement.

Two layers of independent wedges and these two independent wedges can be moved relatively to create a correction curves, it will help to ensure the ram and the table are parallel during bending.
Mechanical-hydraulic synchronization system

Electrical components
The electrical control system is a switch cabinet on the right side frame. Main of the electrical components are SIMENS and Telemecanique, which have overloading protection in accordance with the ISO standard.

8.Operating Character
During working, this machine has three types speed,
--when the beam move from the top dead center, the speed is fast
--when the beam touch the bottom dead center, the speed changed, and it’s going to be the bending speed
--when finish the bending, the beam return to the top dead center fast.
The ram stroke can be adjusted according different thickness and V-channel width.
