Working procedure:

Clean the stains & mark the position of cracks

Drill holes alongside the cracks in 45degree angle every 20cm, the depth of the holes must be more than 1/2 depths of the concrete.

Inject the material to the holes until the material runout from the cracks and holes.

Remove the extravasation after the material solidify.

Clean and Maintain:

Clean the machine with acetone or xylene immediately after using. Fill acetone or xylene into material cup and turn on the switch valve, when the washing agent begin to flow out, put perfusion head into the material cup for cyclical washing. For better cleaning effect, trun on and turn off switch valve consecutively for several times so that the hose can produce pressure easily. Keep washing for 5~10minutes if using acetone, and 10~15minutes if using xylene. The washing agent should flow into garbage can when finish.

Fill lubrication oil into material cup and let it cycles one time for maintenance.
