6)Chiller Floodedtype evaporator

working theoryadopting big vessel boiling heat transfer theory, chilled tube is totally immersed in liquid refrigerant , the heat of the water inside the tube will be removed by the refrigerant through heat transfer to make it cool

1.Refrigerant is under boiling situation, water flow is in turbulenc which increase heat transfer efficiency. Superheat of outlet referigerant is around 2~3 , water flows into the cooper tube which is easily cleaned

2. Comparing with falling film exchanger , the constructure is more simple and the heat transfer efficiency is close. Comparing with dry type evaporator, the heat transer efficiency is high.

7)ChillerOil Separator

Self developped high efficient oil separatorto ensure 3ppm return which has been adopted in Hefei General constitute and fushen test equipment

8)ChillerElectronice expansion valvesuction gas over heat control

Gas suction overheat control system is combined by electronic expansion valve, pressure sensor, temperature sensor and controller. P1 of the evaporator outlet is transferred to controller through pressure sensor and overheat is transferred to controller through temperature sensor,after controller handling the signal, it will output the instruction to stepping motor of the electronic expansion valve, then the valve will be opened to the position needed to guarantte the liquid requirment of the evaporator. No matter under any situation like standard ,varialbe working condition or full load,the high COP will be achieved
