HSS Parallel Side Spline Hob:

1.Accuracy: Class A/B

Class A is used for finish machining;

Class B is used for hobs with grinding allowance of 0.30mm-0.40mm.

2.Type: Type 1: applied to spline shaft centred according to external diameter;

Type 2: applied to spline shaft with convex shoulder centred according to external diameter;

Type 3: applied to spline shaft centred according to internal diameter with bottom diameter grinding allowance;

Type 4: applied to spline shaft with convex shoulder centred according to internal diameter and with bottom diameter grinding allowance.

HSS Involute Spline Hob:

1.Module: m0.5-m10

2.Pressure Angle(α): 20°-45°

3.Accuracy: Class A/B
