HSS M-35 Parallel Side Spline Hob

Accuracy: Class A/B, Class A for finish machining; Class B for hobs with grinding allowance of 0.30-0.40mm

Type 1- applied to spline shalfts centred according to external diameter;

Type 2- applied to spline shalfts with convex centred accroding to external diameter;

Type 3- applied to spline shalfts centred according to internal diameter with bottom diameter grinding allowance;

Type 4- applied to spline shalfts with convex centred accoding to internal diameter with bottom diameter grinding allowance.

1, Key amount of spline shaft;

2, Oustside dia.and tolerance of spline shaft;

3, Bottom dia.and toletance of spline shaft;

4, Key width and tolerance of spline shaft;

5, Outside dia.of lugged spline shaft if with lugs.
