This kind of machine adopts the resin abrasive disk which has the merits of light weight ,small consumption of power and high grinding efficiency .The price of this machie is1/2 times of the traditional multi-head grinding and polishing machine . It requires 7.5kw power which is 1/3~2/3 time of the common poilshing and grinding machine ,ie ,the low power consumption .

This machine is the multi-head continous slab –inputing processing with high efficiency and low labor cost . Usually the efficiency of one set of machine are equal to that several sets of hand guided or bridge type machine . In the whole processing ,it just needs 2-4 workers .

This machine use the air pressure to control the up-down of the abrasive disk ,and the pressure is adjustable . The wabble crossbeam drive the abrasive disk to move and the moving speed is adjustble .The worktale use the form of conveying belt and its speed is adjustable .
