1. Application Range

It is suitable for paper plastic packing of such products as cakes, injection, injectors, toy cars, scissors, flashlights, batteries, spark plugs, tooth brushes, lipsticks, facial masks, coat & hat hooks, chopsticks, cleaning balls, bottle openers, shavers, correction liquids, ball pens etc. in food, medicine, medical equipment, toys, small hardware, small household appliances, electronics, automobile and motorcycle fittings, daily products, cosmetics, rubber & plastic products, table wares, kitchen wares, recreation & sports and other industries.

2. Main performances and structure features

1). Packing forms such as positive pressure forming, feeding, thermal sealing, tearable opening cutting, finished products conveying etc are adopted. Featured by simple structure and convenient operation.

2). The 304 stainless steel cover is adopted, which conforms to GMP requirements. Featured by beautiful shape and convenient cleaning.

3). Frequency conversion speed adjustment, color touch screen (man-machine interface) and PLC control system are adopted. With high output, low noise, clearer and more convenient operation, and high automation degree, the machine is more user-friendly.

4). Servo motor stepless travel control is adopted.The travel adjustment is simple and mold replacement is convenient.

5). The photoelectric control is adopted. When the PVC sheet is used up or the paperboard is insufficient, buzzer alarm will be sent.

6). The whole machine adopts the split design, so as to facilitate transportation and traveling in and out the elevator.

7). The winding plastic sheet feeding device is used to save large amounts of packing material.

8). The mold and automatic feeder can be designed according to user requirements and materials to be packed.
