Feeding system

Part in two feeding levels: first feeding level is used to control the fuel feed rate, ensure the supply of fuel is reasonable. Secondary feeding level guarantee that while running,no extra fuel inside the feed rod, ensure running safety. At the same time reduce the fault by slowing down feeding

Security

Lamber Numen always consider the security in the first place. The secondary feeding system install inverse spray fire prevention device.During combustion process, if any uncertain factors inside the furnace fire reversely, when the temperature of secondary feeding system is higher than 95 °C, the boiler automatically spray water to quench the fire and cool the feeding material to prevent hidden danger.And the water spray is automatically closed when the temperature of feed rod is lower than 90 °C . And when the boiler is running normally, this function would not start.

Structure

Traditional small boiler uses vertical type in designing, its disadvantage is high energy consumption. Maintenance is difficult, lifetime is short, as the change of structure of the world economy, natural resources increasingly depleted. Lamber Numen company re-examine pattern, gave up the traditional design concept and developed the new boiler using horizontal transverse tube fire tube structure. Which saves more cost and thermal efficiency is as high as 93%. Five minutes after normal boot, Temperature of water inside the boiler would rise from 18 °C to 58 °C. Large water yield.

Ignite and keeping

2 years of trouble-free ignition system, protect your boiler in operation and can be started at the same time (15000 calories - 15000 kcal configuration). Maintenance

Reasonable furnace structure can be seen clearly while opening the door of boiler. Flue

Humanized design for chimney pipe interface, can adjust the angle of smoke tube according to different boiler position.Convenient customer installation, reduce connection corner and the line resistance.Smooth smoke discharge, reduce the nursing caused by block pipeline.Prolong service life, provide guarantee for the fully burning in the furnace, reduce operating costs.

Flue temperature

We install the chimney smoke thermometer, allows you to record clearly the heating value of each material. Also can prove that the temperature of exhaust is below 120 °C (when the temperature of boiler water is 85 °C).

Combustion

The material can be fully burnt inside the furnace by using high temperature ceramic composite burner and cooperate with multipoint wind. The highest temperature can reach 1300 °C, make dust, flue gas gasification quickly in high temperature, achieve the goal of fully clean combustion. At present no burner can rival inland.

Ash removal

To high-end customers, we set up automatic slag discharge device,reduce the work intensity of fire workers effectively.

Feed bin

Enclosed bin make the boiler running and burning stably by controlling no extra air into the furnace while working.Due to the use of automatic screw feeder, enclosed silo eliminate the foreign material into the bin, make the feed system safer and reduce the failure rate.
