1. Fast-rising temperature
High-efficiency heat exchanger is adopted in the pot. After adding some circulation water into the pot, packaging stuff can be heated from 20 to 121 º Cin 10-15 min.
2. Stable temperature and even heat distribution in the pot
In the hot water spraying system a series of nozzles are installed in the four angles of every pallet in the processing tank which leads to the full contact between atomized hot water and the product so as to ensure the same temperature among areas in the equipment.

3. Indirect heating and cooling, prevention of secondary pollution
Circulation water is heated or cooled indirectly by plate heat exchanger and it keeps bacteria-free condition during heating or cooling. After the sterilization, water drops in the pot and the surface of the packaging bag will be blown to dry. No white scale spot will be left. The package bag is clean and transparent.

Circulation water will be heated from normal temperature by heat exchanger when the temperature rises and cooled down from current temperature by heat exchanger when the temperature drops so as to avoid the breakage of glass bottle due to sharp time difference.
6. Automatic system
The whole sterilization process is controlled by PLC. It is a one-time action without manual operation. It utilizes the chart plate and screen touch control. All time intervals are controlled by the simulate sensor and automatic valve. The digital exhibition of pressure and temperature makes it applicable to input any pre-programmed pressure and temperature models into the computer. The computer can hold 100 sterilizing formulae.
