The Brief Introduction-- LM 138 Raymond Mill

LM-138 Raymond Mill is a new designing grinding machine of our company. It is on the basis of traditional R type Raymond Mill, increasing the space in the grinding chamber.This improvement makes the gas flow be larger and the capacity be higher.

Application-- LM 138 Raymond Mill

It is use to grinding the materials which are non-inflammable and non-explosive with the hardness below 9.3Mohs and moisture level less than 6%, such as ,feldspar, clay, betonies, calcite, talc, barites, fluorite, clay, marble limestone, dolomite, lime, activated carbon, kaolin, phosphate rock, glass, manganese, refractory materials, insulation materials, causticization, mullet and minifanshi stone, blood attapulgite, coal mine, iron ore, copper ore, silicon ore, ferric oxide magnesium, barium salt etc.

This type is mainly include mainframe, analizer, blower,finished product cyclone separator,fineness whirlwind powder collector and the air hose,therein,the mainframe is consist of rack,spiral into wind,scraper knife,grinding roller,bull ring,cover piece and the motor.

Working Principle-- LM 138 Raymond Mill

The mainframe is driven by the speed reducer through the central axis in the mill.

The quincunx stand connected with the upper part of central axis, at the quincunx stand, rollers are set and by which the vibrating pivot formed.

Below the quincunx stand and rollers there is shovel system. Materials are fed into the space between rollers and shovels when they are turning. And then be grinded by the pressure produced when rollers are turning, thus powder is made.
