Introduction of Ceramic Ball Mill

Ceramic ball mill is widely used in powder making production line including cement,

building material,fertilizer, ferrous metal, and ceramics.It is a key equipment to

grind the crushed materials.And the machine can grind various ores and other

materials with dry type and wet type. There are two kinds of ball mill, type and

overfall type due to different ways of discharging material.

Structure of the Ceramic Ball Mill

Ceramic ball mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and

driving part (reducer,small driving gear, electric motor and electric control).

The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning

gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped withwear-resistant liner, which has good wear- resistance. The machine is with stable

and reliable working condition.

Ceramic Ball Mill working principle

When working,the materials are sent to the hollow cylinder for grinding through

thehollow shaft.There are all kinds of grinding media with different diameters

installed in the cylinder.When the cylinder rotate at a certain speed around the

horizontal axis,the materials and medias installed in the cylinder reach a certain

height as the cylinder under the effect of centrifugal force friction .When their

own gravity greater than the centrifugal force ,they will separate from the cylinder

wall and projectile drop or roll down to crush the ore by impacting .At the same

time,the gliding between grinding medias have the effect on grinding materials

during the mill rotating .
