Ball grinding mill is widely used to grind all kinds of hardness ore, soft ore like coal block to small coal power, hard ore like copper gold ore to fine granularity,for making powder or deep concentrate. Making powder is used in non-metal material, deep concentrate is generally to leach gold or concentrate copper, even separate iron.

Ball grinding mill's working principle

When cylinder rotates, the grinding medium steel balls inside cylinder make arch movement. The falling steel balls crush and grind the material, with the fore of pulverizing and grinding among the material, the material was highly grinded. The discharging part is at the central of cylinder end, the highly grinded material was discharged through grid plate and spiral drum.

Of which, the ball grinding mill’s structure depends on ore’s property or work flow requirement. Like ball grinding mill's liner choice, feeding and discharging special treatment, and shell's material choice. even motor's special match choice.
