The Main structures:

Coal powder roller briquette machine mainly consists of three parts: the feeding part, the transmission part and the forming part.

In the feeding part, when the materials are sent into the hopper, you must assure the feeding quantity is uniform, or which will affect the forming ratio of the final product.

As for the transmission part, the power motor drives the main body, and the main body drags the driving gear through wheel gear and reducer. The driving wheel drives the driven wheel moves at the same speed towards the opposite direction.

The forming part is core part on the roller briquette machine. It can press the raw material into pillow, oval, round, bread shapes, etc.

Working principle:

This type briquette machine transmits power to roller through a reducer, and the two roller moves at the same speed towards opposite direction. When rollers are rotating, the materials will enter into the moulds on the rollers. With rotation of rollers, the pressures on the materials become bigger and bigger, when the materials move to line touch point of rollers, the pressures under materials reach the peak. And the powder materials are processed into final product shapes with powerful squeezing.
