SPECIFICATIONS

I.Technical Performance

The performance of the product described in the following text conforms to that made of the high-quality float glass specified by national standards in GB11614-1999Float Glass.

Note: (1) The thickness of glass should be ≥3MM

(2) Four-side edges of the glass should be ground by diamond wheel until being beveled. No hole or chamfers are allowed.

1. Maximum area of glass sheets array: 3MM – 19MM 1800MM * 3660MM
2. Minimum size of glass for processing: 120MM *250MM or φ230MM
3. Maximum size of individual glass sheet for processing:

3MM 800MM *1600MM

4MM 1200MM *2440MM

5-6MM 1500MM* 3000MM

8--19 MM 1800MM * 3660MM

Clearance of glass sheets array: longitudinal ≥80mm; transverse ≥30mm

4. Thickness of glass for processing: 3 - 19 mm

5. Production Rate: high-quality float flat glass specified by GB11614-1999, four-side edges ground. No holes or chamfer are allowed.

Note: The productivity may be reduced by 10-30% in the following cases:

a. When the length of an individual piece of glass exceeds 3050mm;

b. For low-E glass; and

c. For glasses of other special size, processing requirement or performance

6. Yield Rate: 97% (for high-quality float flat glass specified by GB11614-1999, with four-side edges ground, and no holes nor chamfers)

7. Glass Varieties to be Produced: Ordinary glass, pattern glass, reflective glass, color glazed glass and coated Low-E (Radiance Value: e≥0.1) glass

1. Energy Consumption: For 5mm flat glass sheets that are to be tempered and whose occupation rate inside the hearth is above 75%, the energy consumption per square meter is equal to or less than 4kw.h.
