Work principle of the Continuous carbonization furnace

Continuous carbonization furnace is the latest product of my factory.Mainly uses electric energy technology,

in the conditions of hightemperature semianoxic, make the moisture in the raw material, wood vinegar and

wood tar discharge to make its carbonization. The whole process, the carbonization temperature is controlled

by the manual adjustment of charring stable quality, simple operation, convenient and easy to learn. Yield size

can be customized according to customer demand.

Differences from usual carbonization furnace:

1. Continue working, one side to feed sawdust one side to get charcoal

2. High capacity, one machine can get output 3-4tons per 6-8 hours

3. Energy saving, it used itself smoke to make ,and also no smoke outside

4. Operation: it is easy to operate by a computer
