I. Specification of GMG Ball mill

Ball mill is crucial equipment for grinding after materials are crushered. The new-type unilateral single-drive double-sliding shoe bearing ball mill designed by our company adopts new-type shoe-mounted structure, with such advantages as excellent lubrication effect, light weight, easy replacement and convenient maintenance. Y-type sealing is adopted between sliding shoe cover and sliding ring, which simplifies the structure simpler and betters the sealing performance. Cylinder mill door is of outer cover type with optimum structure, which makes it possible to adopt lining plates of uniform specifications inside the cylinder without specially allocating lining plate at in-hole door. Only new-type grading lining plate and standard stepped lining plates are adopted inside the cylinder to increase the grinding surface area of the materials and, make the grading effect better and the later maintenance and replacement more convenient. We adppt new-type compartment structure in which adjustable raising plate and fixed raising plate and a material lifting ladle to effectively improve the feeding capacity and make it easier for installation and maintenance.

II. Working principle of GMGBall mill

Ball mill,a kind of horizontal drum-type rotating device, is a grate mill withexternal gear and double bins. Materials shall be evenly charged through quill shaft in feeding device into the first bin, which hasstep or waved lining with steel balls in different specifications.Steel balls are taken to a certain height by centrifugal force from drum rotation and then fall. Thus it will give a heavy blow to materials, playing a role of grinding. Materials after crushed in thefirst bin shall enter bin across single-layer diaphragm into the second, which is provided with flat lining with steel balls, to go through further grinding. Powder shall be discharged from discharging grating, ending the milling process
