Descriptions of HDQT8-15 Fly ash brick making machine :

“HD” is the abbreviation of HENG DA

“QT” in HDQT8-15 is given by Chinese government that all of themust use this Series Number.

“8” in HDQT8-15 stands for the production quantity is 8 blocks "390×190×190mm"or " 400×4000×200mm " per mould,

“15” in HDQT8-15stands for one cycle time is 15 seconds.

Since the moulds are changeable, the concrete equipment is able to produce different types of blocks/bricks, and this is a hydraulic machine can produces a stronger block, due to the greater pound pressure applied by the hydraulic system.

The block manufacturer can also realize substantial savings by using less cement. A ratio from 8:1 to 11:1 sand/cement can be achieved. This fly ash brick making machine is designed for the manufacturer with a steady year turnover and with a certain number casher to make the factory running.

This Fly ash brick making machine can be equipped with an automatic elevator/skip for loading mix into hopper, agitator, an automatic pallet feeder, pallet ejector, brush for cleaning blocks and a run off conveyor (see above). It is suggested that you use a high capacity mixer of over 500 liters. A work force of 8 to 10 employees would keep this factory running at full capacity.

About the machine

1).This model is a multi-purpose Fly ash brick making machine . It can manufacture wall bricks, heat-insulating bricks, grass pavers, square pavers, slop protection pavers, road shoulder pavers, curbs, etc by simply changing the mould.
2). When pressured, transform the excessive oil into vibration force. Directional vibration, frequency conversion, braking and cancellation of vibration energy consumption are all controlled by computers.
3). Low-frequency feeding, high-frequency vibration and template suppressing vibration make the concrete fully liquefied and exhausted within two to three seconds.
4). With the use of new technology, HDQT8-15 can produce 0.45 m²blocks,20pcs perforated bricks within 15 seconds.
5). The model is designed with a device separating material storage and material distribution. Storage is photo-electrically controlled and materials are distributed as needed. Storage hopper is separated from vibration source to avoid premature liquefaction of some concrete due to the effect of aftershock
6). Special arch device ensures rapid and even distribution of materials, a swinging distribution device is fixed in the hopper and the materials are evenly sent to the mould box.
7). The imported electric appliances, hydraulic elements and specially made oil box cooling system ensure fault-free operation of both controlling and hydraulic systems.
8). Use human-computer interface and Chinese menu. The parameter is adjustable any time in accordance with the change of products and materials.
