1. Function

FD-1 freezer dryer uses vacuum freeze drying technology and is widely used in medicine, biological products, and chemical and food industries. It is especially applicable for heat sensitivity materials such as antibiotics, vaccine, blood products, enzyme hormone and other biological organization. This device is a mini type one, suitable for laboratory use. There are two types: ordinary type and cover type.

1) use imported totally enclosed refrigerating machine, strong water capturing ability; use forced air cooling system instead of water cooling;

2) Vacuum connection uses international general standard components, ease of disassembling and installation, reliable sealing performance;

3) Water drain valve and gas charging valve, safe and convenient;

4) Transparent bell-jar type drying chamber, spontaneous heating;

5) Stainless steel sample holder, sample distance can be adjusted;

3) FD-1-55A condensing temperature: -55°C, CFC-Free refrigeration, digital display, the others are the same with ordinary type.

4) FD-1-55B condensing temperature: -55°C, CFC-Free refrigeration, digital display, the others are the same with cover type.
