Adjusting system

I. Pressure-control this machine adopt inflowing air volume

self-regulation system , when the pressure in the air tank reaches the certain degree,( it should be 0.52 MPa when it leave the factory ), the regulating valve will work automatically , and the compressed air enter into the inflowing air filtrating & load-releasing valve, push the valve piston to move and close the inlet entrance , the machine will work without load ,and the pressure in the air tank will not rise any more . When the pressure decreases to the certain degree, the regulating valve will closed automatically by the spring force, the valve piston will also back to the original place and the inlet entrance open again, the machine work normally. Users can regulate the start-pressure of the regulating valve (rotating the regulating-bolt clockwise will make the pressure higher), but the pressure should not exceed 0.55 MPa.

II, Exhaust- volume regulating ,which only apply to diesel engine

air compressor, users can regulate the engine’s rotating speed according to the pneumatic tool’s air consumption volume . In order to protect the centrifugal automatic clutch the diesel should not work with load under the 1300 r/min rotating speed.

III, Safety valve ------when the pressure-regulating system

(pressure-regulating valve, load-release valve) can’t work or the pressure in the air tank exceed the certain degree it will open automatically and release the extra air to the outside to protect the machine. The start pressure of the safety valve has been set to 0.55 Mpa; user should not regulate it by itself.
