(3).Operating Principle
The principle of this machine is to use the forward cream mixer forward and fixed oblique paddle in cylinder to mix the material through transmission motor in a certain period of time and speed to match the raw material to turn it into cream sandwich .To close the cover of cream machine, it can also use air pressure to transport the cream to the hopper of cream spreading machine directly.Moreover, the maximum input pressure is 0.5Mpa.
(4)Operating Instruction
1.) Starting :
It is only need to connect the total power in the electric box and open the air switch.
2).There are some buttons in the operating panel ,such as quick and slow switch , pressure regulation valve switch and even start button,it is necessary to put all of them into trial use before working .
3) Put into the material, after putting the material it needed to close the cover of cream mixer and use the slow speed switch to mix it first,andthen use the quick speed to mix, please note that it is necessary to cover the lid while mixingso as to stop the material from spilling.It is strictly prohibitto opening the cover while transporting the cream,due to there is some pressure in the barrel.
The maximum value of tank bearing is 0.5 Mpa.
4)After mixing the cream, it is required to check if the cover of cream mixer was closed or not.There is a gas-pressure meter above the cover which is used to test the pressure while transporting cream. The bigger pressure will lead to transport more cream.
5)Working:
A. It is required to close the air switch in the electric box when the fault happened.
B.After solving the fault,pleaseopen the air switch.
(5)Lubrication and maintenance
1.)It is necessary to check the reducer of the cream mix and fill the oil in a regular time, usually 30 to 50 days a time.
2.)It needs to fill the oil or the grease once a week to maintain it inside the bear a main transmission axis.
3.)There is a main shaft inside the bearing hole, of which with two pieces of nylon ring in the inner ring and outer ring inside the main shaft .
4.)Please check and change nylon ring immediately when it leaks out cream.
5.) There is achain wheel, chain, bearingand beltat the bottom of cream mixer, it is required to maintain every two weeks.
