Raymond mill application:

Raymond mill grinder structure:

These series of structure consists of mainframe, analyzer, draught fan, finished production cyclone separator, fine power-cyclone separator and flue pipe. Among mainframe is composed of rack, into wind volute, relieving tool, grinding roller, grinding ring, cover piece and electrical machine.

Raymond mill grinder working principle:

Grinding machine working process: First, large materials are crushed by jaw crusher to the needed fineness. Then, the materials are fed into the grinding chamber for grinding byvibrating feederequably and continuously. Next, the powder grinded goes upwards together with the airflow, after separated by analyzer, those which can meet the fineness request enter into the cyclone powder collector through pipe together with airflow. Finally, it is discharged by discharge powder tube as final production .The airflow is sucked into blower through wind recycling pipe at the upper of cyclone powder collector. Raymond mill is a closed loop airflow system and circulates in the flow of positive and negative state. For example, it can be artificial uniformity feeding without elevator, storage silo and vibrating feeder. In grinding chamber, because of some moisture contained in the materials to be grinded, the heat resulting from grinding leads to the vaporized air which changes the airflow volume. And the overall unit each pipe’s seam not sealed and the outside air inhaled can increase the volume of air current. Therefore, it can through adjusting redundant air pipe between the blower and mainframe to keep the balance of the air current and redundant air and guide into dust-extraction unit. At the same time the fine power in the air is collected. Finally, the redundant air enters into a cloth bag of a dust cleaner. After purification, the redundant air is discharge. In order to have a good effect on exhaust, cloth bag should always be shook.
