Introduction of edibleoil production line

1. The edibleoil production line is used for removing the impurities of oil, such as, fatty acid, phosphatide, metal ion, pigment, oxide, solid particle and volatile gas. It suitable for refining various crude oil, such as sunflower seed oil,vegetable oil,peanut oil,tea seed oil, groundnut oil,mustard seed oil,cottonseed oil, rice bran oil, soybean oil,corn germ oiland palm oil,etc.

2. The edible oil production linecan adopts chemical refining and physical refining, and the chemical refining includes batch refining, semi-continuous refining and continuous refining.

The main flowchart of edible oil production line

1. The decolour tank is for bleaching grease.

2. The deodorizing tank is for desdorizing grease(stainless steel).

3. The conducting oil furnace provide thermal enery need for production,

the temperature reach to 280degree.

4. The vacuum pump provides vacuum for bleaching.
