Classifier recurs to the principle that the sedimentation rate in the liquid will be different from each other due to the different particle size of the solid and the different specific gravity. The fine mineral particles floating in the liquid will overflow out from the tank, while the coarse ore particles will sink to the bottom. The spiral classifier is a kind of grading equipment, which is used to the mechanical grading by means of the spiral that will push the materials to the upper to be discharged. It can filter the powdery materials in the milling equipment and the coarse materials will be screwed into the feeding inlet by the flight and the the filtered fine materials will be discharged from the overflow tube.
