ST3000 INTRODUCTION

1. With touch screen and PLC control system, it is easy for u to operate or handle the machinery;
2. Its capacity is 30kilo and it can melt down the glue, adhesive or other substance within one hour;
3. It is made on international standard, adopting double pumps to ensure the output rationalization of melting substance ,and keep the melting substance flow and pressure stable;
4. Our designs combine the hopper and socket to avoid the melting substance or adhesive leak;
5. Reflux valve can ensure safe operation;
6. With the different filters in front of and behind the pumps, there are different filtering options available for you, eliminating the carbonization and preventing the blockage in the spraying mouse or head;
7. With double coated Teflon, the hopper or tanker improves the melting speed and reduces carbonization;
8. Advanced PID digital temperature controlling system is equipped with precise Pt100 sensor, and have some functions of automatic self-diagnose, temperature stability control(±0.5°C)and breakdown alarming;
9. With the characteristic of easy handling, its AC motor driver can control various speeds, be equipped with RPM meter for measuring motor speed, and keep the rotation stable to make high speed production;
10. Automatic control box, which is airtight and heat resistant, can avoid the machine breakdown caused by extreme high temperature.
