Main introduction:

Application:

(1) This juice extractor is suitable for extracting juice from grape, tomato, fruits and vegetables. Separating residues and pulps from seedless fruits or vegetables such as apples, pears, grapes and other pome fruits. The crushed pineapple, papaya, carrots, etc., Celery, cabbage, barley and other vegetables. The enucleated stone fruits like bayberry, lychees, blueberries, etc.

(2) Its range of extracting ratio is very wide. The space between screw stem and cylinder can be adjusted according to different material extracted.

Structure:

Including Front-Bracket-seating ,feeding case, screw, filtering mesh,Juice container, Back Bracket-seating, dreg out tank etc. The left side of screw main axes is locating Roll bearing inner seat. The right side is locating in the middle seat of roll bearing.

The motor is driving screw through a couple of triangle belt wheel.

Working Principle:

The machine is mainly used to extract fruit and vegetable juices. The main components of the equipment is spiral, which increases gradually along the material residue outlet direction while the screw pitch reduces gradually. When the materials are pushed in by the spiral, due to the volume contraction of the spiral cavity, the materials are extracted.

When the raw materials are added into the material feeding hopper, they receive pressure under the boosting of the spiral and the extracted juices will flow into the juice container through the filter screen, and the waste materials will be discharged through the ring interval formed between the spiral and the pressure adjusting taper part. The movement towards the axial direction by the pressure adjusting head can adjust the size of interval so as to adjust the juice extracting rate.
