Motorcycle fittings, instrument and apparatus, haberdashery and hardware , household appliances etc. The machine have three kinds operation modes to choose : manual ,semiautomatic ,full-automatic. One work circulation cycle three seconds . The machines adopt bladder type hydropneurmatic accumulator,high speed for feeding material.it can make pressure-casting more reliable.and improve the quality of the die-casting.The machine applies to the production of high-quality die casting products.

STABLE,HIGH-PERFORMANCE INJECTION SYSTEM

Advanced injection system can stabilize the injection speed effectively,andthe air injection speed can reach 4m/s.

Furnace uses digital temperature control to control the temperature of the alloy material precisely to avoid the condition that temperature is too high or too low,and improve the quality of die-cast parts.

Hotkey of nozzle and swanneck uses steel materials with high temperature and hot working ,so thattheir wearing life is long.

PLC CONTROL UNIT
