Hot Air Steam Wood Dryer/Drier

Principle of working

This dryer adopts swing style heating device . There're burning room , thermal energy convention room , steam generating room, combustion room , fan and chimney.

1. In burning room , the fuel is burned sufficiently to get hot air .

2.Hot air is forced to kiln through pipe system . At the same time , normal pressure steam produced by steam generator is carried to dry room as data .

3. In drying room, Hot air makes wood drying , steam can make the wood dry same inside and outside at the same time .

Unique Features

The unique steam generating device avoided deformation and crack of timber during drying .

Drying room:

The thickness of the drying room is 80MM , inside it's corrosion resistant aluminum with the thickness of 0.6mm , outside it's color pressed tile . the middle part is filled of rock wool board for insulation
