how to use thesawdust drying machine?

1.after installing, the turn on the air blower to check if the air blower run in right direction and if the inlet

is with suction force.

2.Check the connecting point of the flanges to make sure there is no air leakage

3.fix a bag with 2 open ends to the cyclone separator outlet.

4.then you can feed the material into the inlet hopper of the dryer. Please remove the large size matter

before this step to increase the drying speed!

5.feed the wood bits or coal into the stove and ignite them, turn on the air blower and when the temperature

of the air outlet reach 150 degree, you can begin feeding the material continuously to dry the material.

6.clean the large matter from the impurity outlet in time in order to feed material smoothly.

Material suitable for the hot air sawdust drying machine:

Rice hull, sawdust, the small wood shavings, and grain material like crushed branch and wood chips.

Size of such material should be less than 3mm in diameter and less than 5mm in length.
