Introduction of machine

I. General Description

This machine is a new typehose cutting machine, which is designed by our factory by using the improvement measure on the basis of summarizing the advanced experiences at home and abroad. This machine is convenient in the use and its working efficiency is high.

The foot drivehose cutting machineis developed according to the practical cutting characteristics. The imported special-purpose cutting blade is used as the core cutting blade of this product. When cutting thehose, the cutting blade has the following characteristics: its rigidity is higher, the thermal deformation is smaller, thehosecutting is fast and convenient, there is lower wear rate and there are not oddments during the cutting. The machine adopts the balance feeding system, which makes the cutting stress more uniform. The unique cushioning mechanism of machine makes the cutting process more smooth, steady and safer. The machine is suitable for cutting all kinds of steel wire knitted rubber hoses, spiral wire reinforced hoses, textile insertion hoses and cotton thread hoses, whose external diameter is less than 70 mm.
