This series boilers use latest technology, arch-type tube plate and screw smoke tube, to solve many problems such as tube plate cracking, convex protrusion in boiler low part, water cooling wall cracking, low thermal efficiency and poor coal adaptability of shell-type boiler.

Technical features:

1Thanks to the riaing tube bank, it can eliminate the dead water zone of bottom drum and avoid sludge depositing, so the high temperature zone of drum can be cooled well to prevent convex protrusion in boiler shell;

2Adopt high efficiency heat transfer tube to obtain strengthening heat transfer effect, and improve the thermal efficiency;

3)Small boundary dimension can save boiler infrastructure investment;

4Heat-resistant concrete is used in the whole furnace to form high efficiency and energy saving furnace arch, which improve the ignition condition of coal; adopt independent wind chamber to distribute wind well, make hearth inside an air dynamic field easy for burning, thereby expand coal adaptability;

5Furnace arch and export smokestack both have certain dust removal effect. The original discharged dust consistence is under standard, environmental protection.
