Working principle

1,The machine by the belt deflector rod seat, installation and the deflector rod seat are distributed in a certain number of tungsten carbide wear-resistant material deflector rod on the spindle.

2,Spindle driven by high-speed rotation of the deflector rod seat do kinetic energy.

3,Grinding media and material produced strong impact and friction, the large particles obtained by grinding high effect extrusion grinding medium.

4,The water is arranged in the grinding cavity wall (oil cooling) mechanism, a lot of heat generation away in grinding process.

5,The material through the separation of grinding chamber in front of the screen structure to realize the separation of material.

6,And grinding media, integrated purchasing special double mechanical seal, and a pressure balance device, and water (oil) for mechanical seal cooling, to achieve good sealing effect.

7,Set up to protect the function of pressure, temperature, pressure, material temperature, air pressure, high security.

8,The grinding medium with imported pure zirconia beads, strong wear resistance, diameter 0.1-2.0mm, suitable for different particle size requirements.

Application areas
