T2280 deep-hole boring machine is a heavy series developed deep hole machine that our company according to the current large, heavy-hole type of work-piece processing characteristics and market needs developed. The machine is a specially machined equipment to processing cylindrical deep hole work-piece , the machine itself has strong rigidity and high accuracy to maintain a good, third gear stepless spindle (high, empty, low), wide speed range, the feed system driving by high-power AC servo motor, able to adapt to a variety of deep processing needs. Top tight oil cooler grant work-piece using mechanical devices, safe and reliable. The machine can complete the large-diameter deep hole boring and heavy parts, expanding, rolling, nesting process. Boring boring bar used when cutting fluid supply within the forward (bed side) row of cutting fluid discharge chips process methods; nesting process when using external chip form, to be equipped with special nesting tools, shanks and special tooling fixture. According to the needs of processing, machine drill box can be installed, the tool can be rotated and fed.
