Horizontal CNC Boring and Milling Machine

Features:

1. The machine is able to control X, Y, Z, W and B axes, which four of them can be linkage controlled simultaneously.

2. Spindle material is wear resistant alloy with a hardness of HRC55.

3. Headstock adopts shower type lubrication and cooling to ensure the thermal stabilityof spindle system.

4. The spindle transmission system is equipped with ZF double-speed reducer for effective heavy cutting function.

5. Strong hydraulic system to ensure reliable table locking.

6. FANUC control system is adopted for standard configuration.

7. Spindle can be extended by 500mm for increasing rigidity in machining deep holes, which is stable with long serve life.

8. Hydraulic system is used for balance of Y axis(headstock).

9. This machine is a machining center with automatic tool change system.

10. FAGOR gratings are equipped for X, Y, Z axes to form closed-loop control.
